Annual Arapahoe District KLONDEREE Winter Campout , February 2008

Our Troop joins other Troops at the Annual Arapahoe District Winter Campout called the Klonderee.  This year due to the record snowfall in the mountains the campout was changed to a new location at Peaceful Valley Scout Ranch near Elbert, CO.  This last minute change allowed the event to continue since Lake Wellington was completely closed due to too much snow.  The fun activities continued with lots of participation from our Scouts with competition against other Troops in the Arapahoe District.
