4th Annual Eagle Scout Recognition Banquet - Denver Area Council - February 20, 2009

The 2009 Eagle Scout Recognition Banquet was held where 477 young men were recognized for their hard work and efforts in attaining the Eagle Scout rank in 2008.  During this annual event they recognized two business professionals with the Distinguished Eagle Scout Award. The honorees wereJoe Blake. and our Jim Blair. The Eagle Scout Recognition Banquet was held on Friday, February 20, 6 p.m. at the Renaissance Hotel, 3801 Quebec Street, Denver, Colorado, 80207.  Great 2008 Statistic:  47 percent of the 477 Eagle Scouts earned their rank of Eagle Scout within 2 months of their 18th birthday.  Pictured below with some of our Eagle Scouts is Mr. Doak Jacoway Denver Area Council President and former Troop 373 Scoutmaster.
